[TechAssist] Philco Mod 43PP920217, CHAS MOD DPTV305 dead, no power

Punch on button and light will come on power button. Main power supply
is not running, no supply to hor output transistor.
I have DSL, if someone could send me the service manual or at least the
main ac input power supply BD schematic I would appreciate it. AC input
board Part #313503710591 on the board, (S5P3).
May also need the 313503710162 (SCH7) board schematic.
