        Try unplugging the cabling from the power supply to the convergence 
board.
if it runs now the convergence board is a common failure. If I'm guessing
the right chassis.

That model number appears to be a chassis number but not complete.  Please
post the correct model & chassis numbers.

Punch on button and light will come on power button. Main power supply is
not running, no supply to hor output transistor.
    I have DSL, if someone could send me the service manual or at least the
main ac input power supply BD schematic I would appreciate it. AC input
board Part #313503710591 on the board, (S5P3). May also need the
313503710162 (SCH7) board schematic.
