[TechAssist] Part ID Zenith Voltage REG.

This is from model RZ46Z83D7, 9-1848 main.
On sweep board, I have an IC with the following ID:
L7812ABV(ICX3406)
I can not find an exact cross for this. I thought it was a 12v REG, but I
don't think it is.
I have low resistance on each pin and wondered if this is normal for this
device and if not, a suitable cross as this one is not available right now.
