[TechAssist] Panasonic tv model CT-27D11E need R004 part id

Chassis is JP338. R004 is slightly discolored. Don't have exact schematic.
Similar models show a 180 ohm resistor, but the colors on this resistor
don't even look close to that. Would appreciate an ID on R004.
