[TechAssist] Panasonic model PVM2021A-video breaks up with lots of (hv arcing) type of interference

Picture looses color,then video,goes out of sync & gets all kinds of static
interference,like an internal flyback arc.I have not seen this problem on one
of these before.Any ideas?
