[TechAssist] Panasonic model CT-27L8G/chassis BP404

This set has a manufacture date of Jan. 2004, and
was bought in a load of salvage tv's.
I'm not an ASC for Panasonic, and I find no hints
in any of the data bases.
Probably too new for SAMS, and their website is
down anyway.
Set appears completely dead.
Fuse not blown, and I have 170vdc across C805(the
main filter cap) at plug in.
Need a schematic and/or suggestions.
