[TechAssist] Panasonic SA-HT700 home thearer ,dvd no read

Have both units, receiver/dvd and subwoofer power amp.
Won't play dvd or audio CDs, shows DVD splash screen and display says
reading then NO DISC.
Spindle motor not spinning at all,laser is moving and detects that a dvd in
in place
(5 disc changer) ,no print any tips on this one?
