[TechAssist] Panasonic Proj. Model: PT51HX40B. Channels changes (without pressing buttons), also shuts down after on a while.

Had a customer call to set up a service call to check this projection, said
the channels will start changing itself, without pressing buttons, after on
a while. Then shuts off intermittently.
Could not find any tips related to channels changing.
Has anyone seen these symptoms on this model before, that can help?
