[TechAssist] Panasonic PV-V4540 vcr- Remote problem

Panasonic PV-V4540 vcr
Had to repair power supply w/ power transistor, diodes, etc. Also had to
replace the SM diode marked Q1FS4. I crossed to NTE506.
Problem now is - unit does not tkae commands from remote. When first
plugged in, remote will power it on and change things but after a short
while, remote does not do anything. Remote is working. Only thing nor
"Original" is that D1009 diode
