[TechAssist] Panasonic PVM939 No power on AC.

I am working on a PVM939 AC/DC 9" Panasonic. It works on DC but is
totally dead on AC. This set has the power supply on a separate board
across the back. Rectified AC is getting to the power supply board and
through the first SMPS (with the STRF6624) but the second SMPS is dead.
Q1001 and Q1002 check OK. Does someone have the schematic they could
send or have a suggestion for this problem. Thanks, John.
