[TechAssist] Panasonic PV-C4225 Nothing but a flashing green

This Panasonic TV/VCR shows no sign of life. There was a spring off on the
VCR but did not appear to have shorted to anything. Some one may have
removed a stuck cassette. The Service Tips suggests on another simular
TV/VCR to replace the color burst crystal. I am placing it on order. Any
suggestions?
