[TechAssist] Panasonic PT-51G44A, AP815 picture blooms vertically,flips

The picture seems too large, especially vertically, sometimes bounces
like a vertical jitter,then doesn't. Also a bit dark. I did find another
tech's email ref to this symptom,he mentioned replacing IC451, and asked
for a diode parts ID for D582 (tritronics answered: AU02, D582, Diode,
$0.70, in stk) but no other follow up as to the fix.
