[TechAssist] Panasonic PT47WX53G 2SC5612 gets really hot

Anyone with help on this. Picture in light box looks great, H.O.T. 2SC5612
overheats in 15 minutes. If you turn it off and back on again the power
supply squeals till the 2SC5612 cools. I'm afraid to let it run any longer
and loose a $18 part. Original horizontal output came in shorted.
