Hey Ed, before you stomp on that micro too hard there is a simple test 
on the G line sets, remove the optical isolator IC801 and see if the set

will turn on. IC801 is used as an OCP device in this chassis and if it 
shorts the set will not turn on due to incorrect voltage on the ACTION 
key scan pin on the micro. Could be a screwy micro but simple to try 
this first. Also check D807 and D806 off the emitter pin of IC801.
