You didn't happen to replace the MCU in that unit did you? I just fought a tough Panasonic and it turned out the IC was a mismatch. All the numbers were the same on them so must have been factory mislabeled. Luckily the old MCU was OK and only the reset IC was bad. When I reinstalled IC the sound menu had changed( it also had that AI listed) and the sound was then good. Just a thought. We fought ours for 4 weeks of ordering parts and schematics.
