[TechAssist] Panasonic CT-27SF26A Sides in, verticle elongated

Hello Techs,
This chassis DP323 has insufficient horizontal deflection, intermittently
the sides bow in, like pincushion distortion and the verticle is streached. The
B+ is 141 and seems stable. Has anyone seen this symtom?
