[TechAssist] Panasonic CT27G7DF chass JP363 Power Supply problem

Have a CT27G7DF with power supply problem. IC801 STRG5624 thermal
runaway and them shuts down, this happens either in stby or run. Picture
on set look A OK and an odd shot of freeze on STR it will work all day.
Replaced STR, checked all electros in PS and all resistors and diodes
out of circuit. In run B+ is 135V HOT and Vert run cool.
Diode D812 is zener off pin 3 of STR, I measure a voltage of about 1.4V,
the diode is marked like a resistor and bands look like Green, Brown, Brown.
Anyone see this problem before or any idea what voltage rating is for D812
