[TechAssist] Re: PV-M1355 hangs up

Hi Bill,
I have two of these machines with the same symtom. a PV-m1355 and a Pvm
1356. I have not had the units fail in the shop, so I don't know if the
failure mode is with the tape in the machine. If this is the failure mode
which sounds likely, what is the resolution? thanks,
