[TechAssist] PTK 169 splitter gaskets part ID

Hi Techs,
Does anyone have a part number for the small rubber circular gaskets that
fit over the anode leads for this PTK 169 RCA projection set. I seem to have
lost one after I removed the lead from the splitter. I could seal it with
silicone or HV putty but if there is a number for this part I would like to
keep a couple in stock. Any help is greatly appreciated.
