27" TV
When playing a DVD the picture pulses rapidly during some
(not all) bright scenes. This happens playing any DVD.
Turning the screen control either up or down reduces the
amount of times this happens.
The DVD is Toshiba SD3109 and works fine on other TV's.
Video output of DVD is wired directly to TV video input.
