[TechAssist] P46734 CTC178 F35760MB CTC179 Fixed

These two had the same problem.CR4111 was shorted on one and leaky on the
other. The CTC179 was dead ( shorted diode and the CTC178 was shutting off).
Found caps in regulator C4108 and C4106 high ESR and horizontal cap C4305
bad. Everything is running OK so Looks like a common problem. Thanks to
Bob@bobs TV for manual.
