[TechAssist] Old Panasonic MWO NE9930

I have an old Panasonic NE9930 combination convection/mwo oven from 1983.
When you go to start cooking the relay closes momentarily then drops out and
you see "F F F F" on the display. Is the unit just telling me to "F"- off or
what ?
