[TechAssist] Re: No Sync when cold,Hitachi 60SX3B/ AP-34

It looks like no horiz sync and vert sync shifted ( locked 1/6th frame
off ),turned on this morning and no conv again after replacing STKs and all
caps in digital conv and PIP modules.
Converance worked fine for two days of continues play,about to give up!Any
clues?
