[TechAssist] Need gear for NEC VCR DS8000U part number 16443362

I need the tape loading gear for this 8 year old VCR. The model number
is DS8000u but the mechanism is the same as models N901 thru N966. It
is the white plastic idler gear on the bottom of the mechanism that
drives the metal tape loading rings. The part number is 16443362. Used
is OK. The problem is the smaller ring of teeth wear down and the tape
does not load tight onto the heads. Thanks for looking. John.
