I have a Zenith A32B43W on the bench now with the output caps burned. There
are three locations, CX3220, CX3221, & CX3222, all in parallel across the
collector and what appears to be ground. There are two caps in these
locations, one is burned beyond recognition and the other is slightly
charred but I can tell it is a 1000pF cap. The listing at Tritronics is
that CX3222 is invalid, CX3221 is Zenith # 22-8386-05 which is inactive and
subs to a philips # 483512247503 (560pF). CX3220 is listed as inactive
Zenith # 22-8386 with no sub. So which caps to use, 560 pF or 1000pF or one
of each? I wonder if the original design allowed for 3 560pF caps or one of
each value? Has anyone ever figured out what they are supposed to be? What
have you used to fix these?

560pfd, 2KV, Zenith part# 22-8386-05 (NLA). Use Philips part# 483512247503
for this one.

And just for the record, some sets have the 1000pfd, 2KV, Zenith part#
22-8386-08 but the Zenith number is NLA. You may wish to use Philips part #
483512247531, Philips part # 483512247551, or Hitachi part # 0244211
instead.

Need Zenith part number if available. Parts house does not stock 560 pf in
2kv or 3kv generic.
