[TechAssist] Need Schematic - Tosh. CF30F40R (or other 1996 32")

Toshiba CF30F40R
1996 32" TV
I need a schematic for this set. I carefully resoldered all the overfluxed
connections inside the tuner (intermittent static noise and lines) and now
there is only a blank screen with retrace lines (normal brightness). No
display when using any controls.
Can't find any service switches
All connectors are tight, fuses o.k.
Micro does have 5V.
