It appears that based on that chassis number, the model number is
G35300WKL01. That part number is correct as the drawing number is
1421838-001 (which concurs with the 838-1 marking on your IC) and is listed
as a 10 watt device. NTE cross reference lists NTE1724 as a replacement for
the 838-1 but has this as a 20 watt device.
