I'm not sure what NESDA site you guys are talking about, since nothing specific
was ever mentioned.
The www.nesda-ohio.com website is free to access.
You have to use your first and last name as the user name, then enter a
password.
If you have problems, there is a contact email on that site..
I don't see anywhere asking for $50..though I could be wrong.
