Tim, I pulled all the vertical fixes I found from the techrepairCD:
Toshiba~TP48E60~Vertical Collapse and picture rolling.~~~~R448~Cold
solder on R448. causing an open cirrus~~~~~
Toshiba~TP48E60~No Vertical~~~~U441~REPLACED U441~~~~~
Toshiba~TP48E60~Intermittently pix compresses vertically with flashing
colored lines according to cust~~~Tac96~Bad pc connects on pin amp board
(PB5522-3) located behind left side of flyback~~~~~~
Toshiba~TP48E60~1st int loss of pix then lost pix.~~~TAC9550~Small
vertical board just left of flyback* removed and soldered pc* noting
that pc on main IC of vertical board was visually bad~~~~~~
