Monte,

You can't get a copy and make it work... you have to buy it. I tried this
already. Each time you change computers or reinstall the Fixfinder then you
have to call RCA for special numbers to make it work.

I have it and haven't called them lately to get it operational again, after
the 5 or 6 th time of redoing my computer... I paid for it and am not
authorized. You don't have to be approved service shop ,to use it or
purchase it.    I am an independent....

The phone number is 1 800 711 6913.

You won't like the price. They charge around $40 to get started but then it
is the same amount for each series of updates and there are about 3 or 4
series....unless things have changed..
