[TechAssist] NEC Plasma PX-42VP4A Lines in display

I can show video using video 2 (or any other input) but there are a few
vertical colored lines , green on both edges, blue/red near middle of screen.
Have never worked on one of these before, anyone have any tips? Is there a
reset
or initialize on this one?
