Walter,
You are correct. That is where the 200 volts comes in from the deflection.
If you follow pin 9 of the flyback, there is diode D503 (200 v source diode)
and R503 (1 ohm, 1/3 watt) and C503 (22mfd/250v) filter cap that goes to
ground. From the junction of R503 and C503 it is a straight shot to the
connector J503 that goes to the CRT board.
