[TechAssist] More on Chipper Check 1.85 FYI

I now have both version 1.84a and version 1.85 installed, 1.84a does
communicate with the CC box but 1.85 as downloaded does not. I copied
chipcom.dll from the version 1.84a folder to the version 1.85 folder as
was suggested by Joel Jacobs and it does fix the problem, V1.85 now will
communicate with the CC box. Now to see if it communicates with the
chassis under test.
