[TechAssist] Mitsubishi VZ4 Training Info? VS50501

Make : Mitsubishi
Model : VS50501
Chassis : VZ4
Problem : OSD is OK but not passing video thru IC200 CXA2095S. Perfect Y
signal on Pin 4 & perfect chroma on pin 5. Pins 20/22/24 all have perfect
blanking pulse. Data lines are perfect.
Is there a training document on this circuit from Mitsubishi or Sony ( It is
a Sony chip!) Or can someone shed some insight on why the signal will not
pass thru this chip?
Only odd voltage is the IK pin 25. Schematic shows 4.1 VDC...we have 7VDC.
If we lift the pin...it floats at 3.
Chip has been changed!
Any thoughts?!
