IC401 LA7838 pin outs from Mits schemo:
1. 10.8v
2. IN,4.9v
3. 5.4v
4. 5.5
5. 0v, gnd
6. 5.7v
7. 4.7v
8. Vcc 28.2v
9. 9v
10. 1.4v
11. 0v gnd
12. out 13.1v
13. 27v
IC401 pin 8 Vcc goes a lot of places, but following back to the voltage source
is flyback pin 5, thru R510 (1.2 ohm 1/2w), thru rect D505 (RU38) then filter
C519 (330/35v) then on to the vert Vcc. yell if you need more.
