[TechAssist] Re: Mitsubishi VS411R (blows F8A0 instantly)

This is NOT the typical deflection yoke failure we are accustomed to that
blows the 1.6 amp fuse and/or the IC protector on the deflection board
(those are easy to diagnose using a method I developed). The fuse I have
blowing is on the 20 volt supply on the convergence board. Deflection is
full on this set but there is no convergence control due to the missing +20
volts. This one is a much different animal.
