Thanks Leonard, it was the 1meg resistors. I replaced all 4 of them on the blue
and green crt bd. Checked the 2.2ks. Set works fine. Really appreciate the
help. Paul

Also, check for coolant leaks.

Bright and contrast controls have little or no affect. Reduced blue and
green screen contols to minimum helps somewhat but not nearly enough. Have
replaced all three 2sc3789 tranistors on pic tube boards. Have 223v and 12
volts. Anyone had this symptom before? Paul
