[TechAssist] Mitsubishi TV, Wave in picture w/ intermittent tearing FIX!

Unit had a wave in the picute along with intermittent
tearing. I originally bypassed the PIP and There was
still a problem. Got a tip that the PIP in the
chassis could not be bypassed. I replaced all the SMD
caps on the PIP module and it is good to go. Thanks
for all the help.
