[TechAssist] Mitsubishi TV, CS26EX1, Need Part ID

Friends,
IC401, the vertical output IC, is blown apart and not identifiable. Can
someone please identify it for me? My tech found about five bad caps in
the vertical circuit and 9-volt regulator IC62 bad, but we need the
output IC identified.
