C965 in Regulator circuit..2.2ufd@xxxxxxxxxxxx similar.
Capacitor designation may differ..but look for low ufd. value..high
voltage.
May be an idea to change quite a few caps in the regulator
circuit.

Subject: [TechAssist] Mitsubishi PTV, M#:VS6017R

Mitsubishi PTV
Model VS6017R
Problem: Unit will not power up, ead.

Customer said that several months ago they had to hit the power button a
couple of times to get the unit to come on. As time went on it got
worse
till it would not come on at all. I've worked on several of these units
before and always found bad solder joints on the main PWB. Found
several
bad joints but did not help. Anyone have a print for the PS of this
unit?
Also, the board on the front of the TV needs to be replaced. Customer
broke
the power button off and it is unrepairable. TIA!
