[TechAssist] Mitsubishi CS-40503 need part number, or value for D-442

Hi members,
I need a part number, or the value of D-442 (it tests leaky).
It is a zener diode. The only numbers on the part are: 3-0B1.
Also a scan of the vertical output ckt. would be helpful, or if someone
could loan the Service manual to me, might even be better.
