[TechAssist] Mitsubishi CS35303 shutdown at turnon

Hi group,
Working on a Mits CS35303 that shuts down at turn on. HV comes up and
immediately shuts down. No shorts that I can see in the horiz,
vertical or audio. B+ goes to 130 then shuts down. Haven't worked on
many of these and have no schematic. Also changed C9110 on pin 4 of
STRM6511.
Any help will be appreciated.
