[TechAssist] Mitsubishi CS3520R : Scan Needed of SMPS

Make : Mitsubishi
Model : CS3520R
Problem : SMPS not oscillating
Replaced the 470/50V cap(C914) and the 10/100V cap ( Usually culprits)
Replaced R903(220K) for good measure. Replaced the STRS5141G ( Twice!)
Still no oscillation! No shorted diodes! All traces in tact!
Anyone have a scan of this simple circuit that is eluding me!
