[TechAssist] Mits. Chassis V10 Power supply checkout

I have seem to misplaced my copy of the checkout
procedure for a V10 chassis. You use a light bulb and
disconnect a couple parts so you don't burn the power
supply up. I have a regulator problem that I need to
repair. Maybe someone has another copy of this I could
