Glenn,
The speaker safety (shutdown) circuit including the relay. Any manufacturer
part number or other info on the relay would also be helpful. I believe the
relay may also have bad contacts. Also test points and adjustment pots for
measuring and adjusting idle current, DC offset, and voltage regulator.
