[TechAssist] Magnavox TV Ch26C8 Rolls upward

Hi All, this set came in doa. I replaced the shorted HOT and resoldered driver
trans and other areasand set came on with a good pic but rolls upward and
thenlocks every few sec. I scoped pins 3&4 of IC 201 and replaced C582 but no
help. Any help will be appreciated.---Grady
