look in the PIP module for leaky caps, I think there is one at location C14
that usually causes this.

Hello all:
Picture ' rolling vertically for first few minutes.
13v supply OK, 2 filter capacitors on this are new.I
also replaced AFT coil but won't help. Freezer won't
detect bad components.
Any help is appreciated.
