[TechAssist] Magnavox FP4630 - PTV620 HOT (Q802) shorts repeatedly

After replacing Q802 set will play normally for 2hrs-4days. I used original
factory replacements. This board (EMH502) has just been rebuilt by
Tri-State. Before I send it back for warranty repair, would like to be sure
the problem is on this board or somewhere else possibly.
Has anyone ran into this problem?
