SYMPTOM: PICTURE SHITED TO THE RIGHT, WASHED OUT VIDEO, NO PIP AND NO ON
SCREEN DISPLAY.
SOLUTION: Q510 OPEN.
SYMPTOM: 11V SOURCE LOW.
SOLUTION: Q408 SHORTED.
SYMPTOM: UNIT SEARCHES IN THE CABLE MODE ONLY.
SOLUTION: D448 (13V LINE MEASURES ONLY 12V).
