[TechAssist] Magnavox 19PR14 C122 Chassis 19P608 DEAD ( Long story)

When this set was first plugged in it turned on by itself and if you push
the power button you would get color and sound. If power button pushed again
to turn off the color goes out and sound goes off but black and white
picture stays on. On inspection found R431 and R432 burned also found Q400,
R437, ZD405, Q420, and D413 all bad. Replaced all bad parts along with
D415, D416, ZD406, Q410, Q404 and Q403, because after replacing all these
parts I still only have about 1.9 volts DC on the emitter of Q410 which is
the 5V standby REG. I do have 39volts on the cathode side of Z402 which
connects to R402 but on the other side of R402 I only have 3 volts (should
be about 7.7volts). I am at a odds on this set does anyone have any other
notes? I checked the website for techassist but it only had things I have
already replaced.
